Our investment strategy focuses on organizations facing succession challenges or requiring support in this area. We bridge the gap between current shareholders and ambitious (future) leaders who, as co-owners, want to contribute to the growth and continuity of the company.<\/p>

If there is no management within the company that can continue the day-to-day management, we provide a new leader of the company before the takeover. By doing so, we guarantee a short transition period. From our network, we are able to carefully select and match profiles to the culture and needs of the company. We thus fulfil the role as a search fund. After the transition period, the former owner-director will sit on an advisory board, together with several other (former) entrepreneurs from the Noventis network, to continue to advise the company.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
